Jubar develops and sells a CMS for Cisco Contact center Express.

Cisco Contact center Express is a system that controls phone systems including managing incomming calls by helping the callers navigate through menues, managing waiting queues of phone calls and assigning calls to proper human resources.

Jubar develops and sells a system in which users can create and manage the phone system like a CMS by visually displaying the system and allowing for creation and editing of all aspects of the telephone system.

A previous developer had left the project before I joined the project, and I had to analyze how the system had been developed and together with a dedicated frontend developer tasked to continue the development.

The system was developed using an Angular based frontend, ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.

My responsibilities were:

  • Analyze existing code base.
  • Design and development of C# ASP.NET MVC based web services and content delivery framework.
  • Educate team members in technologies.
  • Design and development of Code-first based Entity Framework data model.
